Question of the Day

If you're married, what song was playing when your wedding party entered the reception? What song played during your first dance as spouse/spouse (tryin to be PC here). If you're not yet married, what songs do you want?

Who wouldn't want "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" as their wedding song? But seriously, there's a great song just waiting to be played at a wedding called "So High" by John Legend, who, as far as I'm concerned, is the only R&B act worth listenting to. The song is definitely worth a look, as is his freshman effort "Get Lifted."

Who knows - I'll let T-Rock pick it.

Let's talk about something better than this...Theo Esptein rejoins the Red Sox?!?!? Wow. What a herb. Can't get a better job so he crawls back to one of the greatest jobs in sports. And they're in shambles right now. They won't be playing past October 1st in 2006...maybe 'Boy Wonder' can make things happen again...but I doubt it.

My friend Joe had us (the wedding party) come out to the Rocky theme song. It was pretty cool, and the DJ was great w/ announcing our names. Since I'm not getting married, I don't have to worry about it, but if I did find myself in that position, I think I'd have the wedding party come out to something by Ryan Adams, Wilco or Modest Mouse. Then again, a Dave song is always a good call. As for first dance, it's gotta be Nine Inch Nails' "Closer."

In response to Gregg, who has a tough time sticking to topic, Theo returning to the Sox must be like parents coming home to find their teenage son threw a weekend party and trashed the house.
